We promote safe, accountable, and professional. Services are delivered in line with clear policies and procedures that support consistency, transparency, and risk-aware decision-making.
Our standards focus on:
Child welfare and safeguarding
Clear professional boundaries
Impartial, non-judgemental practice
Evidence-informed approaches to behaviour and change
Defined roles, responsibilities, and escalation pathways
All work is delivered with an emphasis on professionalism, proportionality, and respect for those involved.
Public Protection
Public protection is central to how we design and deliver services. We recognise the potential risks associated with family contact and domestic abuse-related work and take a structured approach to managing those risks.
This includes:
Identifying and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns
Promoting accountability and responsibility for behaviour
Avoiding minimisation, justification, or collusion
Working within professional remit and referring concerns where required
Where risks cannot be managed safely, services are reviewed in line with our safeguarding responsibilities.
